If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Ground Control Systems Inc. website. Ground Control Systems Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

By using this Website, you signify to us your agreement and understanding that this Website is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, retransmit, copy, download, modify, publish, transfer, or create derivative works from the content of the Website without the prior written consent of Ground Control Systems Inc. 

Ordering Information and Policies:

Same day orders must be placed and credit card authorization approved and cleared before 11:00 am PST, however this is not a guarantee that the order will leave the same day. Call us to be sure. All orders in stock are shipped within 1-14 business days from receipt of order. Most Ground Control Systems Inc. products are custom-assembled to order, and may take several days to prepare for shipment, depending on the season. Unless specified by the customer, all orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Ground Control Systems Inc. ships all merchandise complete and properly packaged. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the package carrier. Remember to give your order plenty of time. Ground Services take 5-7 business days in order to reach their destination, and expedited packages can become costly with shipping charges. Ground Control Systems Inc. is only responsible for estimated delivery. Any delay or package claims must be made with the carrier.

A substitution of the most closely available spring rates may be made to fulfill your order. We will do everything in our power to supply a customer with their requested spring rates.

Ground Control is not responsible for any damages, labor charges, freight charges, duties or any incidental costs related to any order.

Note: Photos of products on this website are not indicative of the exact product a customer will receive upon delivery. Some products feature 'placeholder images' until they are updated with more accurate photos.

Change of Address:

All orders are considered final upon placement. Therefore, we will try and accommodate address or order changes, but are under no obligation to do so. The customer accepts all responsibility regarding any misinformation that occurs from the result of trying to change an address or order, such as but not limited to, receiving duplicate packages, or additional orders at more than one address. 

Return Policy

Returning any Item for Refund or Exchange:

All return packages must be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Ground Control Systems Inc. and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. This is crucial to the return process. Items may be returned freight prepaid within 30 days from the date of purchase only if they are new, unused, complete, and include original packaging in re-sellable and re-shippable condition. RGA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RGA number or using an expired RGA number will be refused.

All returns must be shipped to "Returned Goods, Ground Control Systems Inc., 3885 Dividend Dr, Shingle Springs, CA, 95682" and have the RGA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Because merchandise shipped from Ground Control Systems Inc. to our customers is always complete, properly packaged, and insured, it is the customers responsibility to see to it any item returned to Ground Control Systems Inc. is insured to protect the customer from loss. Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the carrier. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, solely at our discretion. Returns that are requested after 30 days from date of purchase will be accepted solely at our discretion. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a return or exchange. Some specialty items are not returnable, refundable, or cancelable under any circumstances. Items received that are not in good condition will be charged for any missing or damaged material plus an automatic 20% restocking fee, or they will be returned to the customer if requested, at the customers expense. Unclaimed damaged returns will be destroyed. Unauthorized customers returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be 'tracked down' and are not the responsibility of Ground Control Systems Inc. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted through email, fax, voicemail, answering messages, or through the mail. You must speak directly to a technical sales representative to have your order cancellation confirmed, (530) 677-8600. Shipped orders are not cancellable under any circumstances. Orders are not officially cancelled until you have received a cancellation number from a representative. Ground Control Systems Inc. reserves the right to deny cancellation requests made within 72 hours of placing the original order. All cancellations may be subject to 10% processing fee at our discretion. Some specialty items are not returnable, refundable or cancellable under any circumstances. Cancellation requests on items that have shipped, or will ship the same day request is being processed, are considered shipped orders and cancellation requests must be denied.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies, Limitations on Quantity:

The information on this Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, incorrect shipping charges, pricing and availability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please see the return and refund policies above.

 

Replacement Parts

 

Ground Control policy regarding the sale of replacement parts:

Ground Control Suspension Systems is a company that has dedicated all of its resources to creating a system of dampers, springs, machined aluminum, bearings etc. to work together in harmony. Ground Control is willing to sell the parts to restore or repair an original Ground Control Suspension System to its original configuration and intended use.

We do not sell any parts to repair or patch up kits sold by other companies. If you need parts or repair of a suspension manufactured by another company, we recommend you contact the manufacturer. 

Ground Control also does not sell “half-kits”. Ground Control cannot sell just the front or rear system, because it is impossible to create a tuned suspension system when someone else has manufactured half of the parts to an unknown specification. This would be the same as selling a ”left side only” suspension to match something else on the right side.

Sales of replacement parts for Ground Control Suspension Systems are evaluated on an individual basis. Please reach out through our replacement parts contact form for any inquires.

Ground Control policy for used parts and springs:

Ground Control Suspension Systems Inc. has always offered a lifetime warranty on our complete suspension kits. In order to continue to offer the lifetime warranty, we can only assemble and sell a complete, tested, matched and guaranteed suspension kit.

In consideration of our many, long time Ground Control customers, we are willing to assemble kits using springs or parts already purchased from Ground Control Systems by the original owner.

What this means is that, if you have already purchased parts from Ground Control, and would like to modify, change or upgrade your existing suspension kit, you may send your parts to Ground Control and we will reassemble your parts into the kit you wish, if possible.

Of course there can be no guarantee that the reconfigured kit will cost the same, but you may save money, time, and have the satisfaction of continuing your lifetime warranty against defects from Ground Control Suspensions.

This offer is only considered for the original purchaser, using parts exclusively supplied, and directly from Ground Control.

The customer is responsible for all shipping, and a Returned Goods Authorization number (provided by Ground Control in advance of all returns) will be required.
